Hi Gary,

Happy New Year to you and your family. Gary, I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful landscaping and hardscaping at our house.  While Vince and I had no reservations regarding the design of the project, we did have some reservations about who to choose to do the job.

After meeting several times with a total of 4 professional landscape designers, it became very clear to us that Terracare was the best choice for us. You were very accommodating to our needs and our budget, and were always up front with the cost of changes to the plans and/or upgrades to the plant selection.

When discussing the job and the course of action with the other landscapers, they were vague and rather non-committal as to the cost of any changes.  The most frequently used phrases were:  "Don't worry about it.  We can do that.  It won't cost very much!"  Never giving a straight answer.

With you, Gary, there were no surprises.  You always concerned yourself with the cost of any changes and whether or not the changes would be esthetically pleasing or beneficial to the entire project.  You made us feel comfortable and we knew you cared about us as people.

The results were outstanding and the property looks beautiful.  We have had numerous compliments and I never hesitate to refer my family and friends to you.  I have proudly given out your business cards to many people.  

You can be proud of your crew as they were always polite, worked very hard and were also very talented.  I know we will enjoy our yard for many years.
