We have just completed our second project with Gary and the Terracare staff, and once again we are thrilled with the results. Our back yard went from an embarrassing, underutilized disaster to a refined and functional beautiful space. Every aspect was perfectly crafted and executed to enhance the architectural details of our house. Our ideas combined with Gary’s expertise, resulted in a welcoming and relaxing extension of our home.

Gary is a genuine guy who listens and makes suggestions based on his experience and in keeping in line with the established budget. He welcomes input from his clients and works together to create the best possible outcome, even if it requires several revisions. Gary respects his customers’ time by being prompt to all appointments and by completing the entire project within the estimated time frame. He is always reachable, day or evening, and is willing to address any issues with concern. His no-nonsense approach to business is the reason for the extreme loyalty within his customer base.

All members of the Terracare crew are polite and conscienscious and pay the same attention to detail which Gary exemplifies. The addition of strategic lighting and other accents work together to further enhance the entire design. Excitement for the project built each day, as every element started to fall into place toward completion. Gary was on-site every day to gauge progress and make sure that we were pleased with each component.

With Gary, there are no surprises, except the amazing outcome of the end result, which surpassed our vision.
